Christmas Decoration Fail

Singapore is famous for its Christmas decoration.
Every year, there are friends from Malaysia who want to go there and shop during their Christmas Sales. They enjoy celebrating Christmas in Singapore because the atmosphere there is nicer simply because of all the beautiful decorations around the country.

Unfortunately, the Christmas decoration in Jurong Point really disappoint me.

It looks like they are celebrating Deepavali or Hari Raya...

During exam period...

When exam is around the corner, students start to feel kiasu.
Many "NEW" faces can be seen during the last lecture of each subject,
"HARDWORKING" students start to make reservation in study rooms and treat it like they own the cubical.

While everyone is busy with their lecture notes and tutorials, I am busy watching this...

Slam Dunk !!

This is the 3rd time I am watching it and it's still very nice !
In my opinion, I still think that the anime back in my time are much more better than the anime nowadays (e.g. Naruto and Bleach).

Few weeks ago, I also managed to find the emulator of SNES (Super Nintendo Entertainment System) and started to play the Slam Dunk game that I did not manage to finish it when I was in Primary 5.

Not sure how many of you have actually played this before, or some of you don't even know that there is video game for Slam Dunk. It's not similar to those basketball games like NBA because the characters are very cute ...

But once you make a movement, the screen will zoom in...

I managed to finish the Story Mode within few days by defeating Ryonan High School at the final stage ! It's really a nice game and I strongly recommend this to all the Slam Dunk fans out there.

Have you ever reminisce about your childhood ? Well I really miss those days when you go school without feeling any pressure, playing around in class room during recess times, watch TV and play video games once you are back home...

Is it because I am afraid of stepping into the working society?
Or perhaps I am really getting older...

Hong Kong Trip 15th to 21st June 09 - Day 4

On the fourth day, I decided to meet up with my friend, Matrix. I knew him through Seal Online when I was just 17 and he is the first net friend that I met who is from other country. He was having exam on that morning so I went to the Happy Valley while waiting for him.

It is one of the most famous racecourse in the world and I sneaked into the building to take pictures as it was under renovation during that period.

In the afternoon, we finally arrived in Disneyland after we had our lunch.

Immediately we rushed to the Adventureland to catch The Festival of the Lion King. Only manage to take a few shots of The Lion King because it keep on moving....

Then, we rode on a raft to reach the Tarzan's Tree House !!
There are books around the area to tell you more about Tarzan...

Next up, we played Buzz Lightyear Astro Blasters in Tommorrowland. It's a shooting game which you need to shoot as many Evil Emperor Zurg as possible along the ride to determine your rank in the space.

We were among the earliest to queue for the hottest musical show at the Disney's Storybook Theater - The Golden Mickey !! It's really entertaining as you can see a lot of the Disney's characters performing on stage, including Toy Story, Lilo & Stitch, Mulan, The Little Mermaid, Beauty & The Beast...

And of course...Mickey and his friends !

Fireworks started blasting to the sky at the Sleeping Beauty Castle at 8pm.

That's the last show of the day and we left after we had our dinner.
It's a memorable day with Matrix and
thanks for his guide whenever I need information about Hong Kong.
Hopefully we will meet again someday in the future...

Nice to meet you !

When ISA is being implemented into EPL

1) Ikut Suka Alan - Sir Alex Ferguson has been handed two matches suspension and being fined for 20,000 pounds for saying that the referee, Alan Wiley is "unfit' during Manchester United's 2-2 draw game with Sunderland.

2) Ikut Suka Andre - Sir Alex Ferguson continues to criticize the quality of the referees in EPL following Manchester United's 0-2 defeat against Liverpool in Anfield. He doubted that the referee, Andre Marriner has the required experience in taking charge of such a big match when he sent Nemanja Vidic off but chose to keep his cards when Jamie Carragher had fouled on Michael Owen.

3) Ikut Suka Atkinson - Recently, Six Alex Ferguson again, accused Martin Atkinson for being "absolutely ridiculous" when he awarded Chelsea the free-kick that led to their winner against Man United.

Honestly I am not a big fan of Manchester United but I do respect Sir Alex Ferguson for having the guts to publicly criticizing the quality of the referees in EPL. He is not trying to offend any of the referee but to bring up an important issue in the games. He is quite unlucky as he was being warned and suspended by FA and now Alan Miley might sue him for defamation.

Similarly, this is happening in some of the countries. Under such political system, you cannot criticize the ruling party for being incapable in doing their jobs and you cannot question the ruling party when they are giving advantage to the other group of people. In the end, those people who made wrong decisions can get away from being punished.

Sports and politics are not supposed to be entertaining through creating controversial topics, right?

Jalan Mati in Cheras

Just transferred the photos that I have taken using my Xperia X1 into my laptop and found this picture that I took few months back when I was on my way to fetch my friend near Bandar Sri Permaisuri in Cheras.

Turn left to Jalan Mati ? Jalan Buntu?

It's not really clear because my handphone is weak in taking photo in night mode.
